Respite Care
We understand that caring for a loved one is stressful and challenging. Our well trained, responsive team are available to take over whilst a carer can take a well-earned break.
Personal Care
Everyone is different as are their requirements for Personal Care. Let us create a tailored package that can support you to live as you want to, be it with care needs such as dressing, washing or assistance with medication amongst others.
End of Life Support
We understand that those needing palliative or end-of-life care should be supported in managing their symptoms, psychological well-being, social requirements or spiritual needs. Our experienced nurses and carers are ready to help you throughout this time.
Companionship
With the world becoming increasingly busy, our supportive, compassionate staff can help ease any loneliness. This can include activities such as eating meals together, hobbies or even a chat over a cup of tea.
Shopping
While many people consider care to be support with personal care or medication administration, we also focus on the other tasks many may forget such as running errands, grocery shopping and support with social activities.
Food Preparation
A good diet is important at any age but preparing food and cooking it can be a challenge when we get older. At Cooperate Home Healthcare we can provide assistance or prepare the whole meal required if necessary.
Hospital to Home
We can provide support for people being discharged from hospital. Whether it is through the entire process or if you are returning home, we can help.
Sitting Service
Our carer services and charities offer a sitting or befriending service where a trained person stays with the person you care for while you go out. Sitting services give you a chance to have a few hours away from the person you care for.
