Excellent Care and Support
The carers from Cooperate Home Healthcare do everything I ask them to do. They go extra mile to do other things that are not even in my care plan to support me. I appreciate everything both carers and management of Cooperate Home Healthcare have done for me. They even helped me to do my garden for no extra cost. Amazing Management and Staff
We changed to Cooperate Home Healthcare due to many issues with our previous carers. We honestly wish we had done it sooner and used this company months ago. The management and staff are absolutely amazing, so thorough, caring and attentive not just to my Husband but also to me my children and my furry animals. They actually know what they are doing, are really well trained in the job they are here to do and I have honestly not had to worry since they have been coming into our home. They are very clean and tidy and nothing has been left for me. They fulfill all their duties that is required and we are not treated as just another visit and they do not try to get out as quick as possible before the time. They don’t rush and do things half hearted. They have taken so much weight off my shoulders I can not tell you. They treat our home with respect and if I had used these first, I would not received all the damage in my property that I did with the previous carers. It is so scary leaving your loved one in the care of another person and honestly my husband was treated really badly with the last care company. Cooperate Home Healthcare have literally set the bar so high, we would never find a care company as good as this and would never give them up now.
